In response to the clamour for Public Private Partnerships as a solution to Christchurch’s post earthquake problems KOA, in conjunction with the Canterbury Workers Education Association, hosted an exploration of the question in mid-July.
Advertised under the banner Private Public Partnerships: More Problems for Christchurch Or A Solution? the three hour seminar, facilitated by Susan Stewart, draw a large and enthusiastic crowd.
